Racing legend Buzz Barton. Jeffrey Caldwell sent this picture to me and says that this car was later sold to Don Roseen of Duluth and is presently in Thunder Bay in a collectors yard awaiting restoration. I remember this car running at Twin City Speedway with a wing on many Sunday afternoons in the 60's. Tampa, Florida, resident Barton would haul up here in the summer and run the State Fair as a sprinter and local shows as a "supermodified." I recall Buzz as being a rather big guy to see in a sprinter and that he ran the low groove a lot like Bobby Allen. The heavier Minnesota modifieds had some trouble keeping up with this car.
